Follow these steps when using CallRail:

Log on to CallRail

Put headphones in if the computer doesn’t have speakers

Play back each call

Write notes of what was found on each call i.e.: called pt to make appt, pt will call back at a later date.

If there is a problem with the way the employee handled the call, download the file. Send the downloaded file to the employee letting them know how they should handle things in the future. You must attach Frank and SanJuana to the message before sending.
