How to Forward a Call

Follow these steps to properly forward a call:

    Place patient on hold

  2. 2

    Press new call and dial extension of the person/office you are trying to reach

  3. 3

    Confirm they can take the call then end call

  4. 4

    Hit the transfer button

  5. 5

    Dial appropriate extension

  6. 6

    Hit the transfer button again
