Logging In
To begin your workday, please open the Eaglesoft software. Select your name from the drop-down menu and enter your password. If you encounter login issues, please verify that caps lock is not enabled and that the system date is correct. An incorrect date can prevent successful login.

Navigating the Main Screen
Upon successful login, you’ll be presented with the main screen, which resembles a dental office layout. Each icon on this screen is an interactive link. For appointment management, please locate and click the icon depicting a computer with a schedule. To access clinical information, select the icon showing a computer with a hygienist’s chair. The schedule section is our most frequently utilized feature.

Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, navigate to the schedule section. Identify an available time slot and perform a double left-click on that slot. This action will open the appointment scheduling window, allowing you to proceed with booking.

Adding a New Patient
When scheduling for a new patient, please click the underlined “patient” link within the appointment window. On the subsequent screen, select the “new” option located at the bottom. This will provide access to the necessary fields for inputting the new patient’s information.
