This lesson covers how to view and update patient charts in Open Dental.

   Viewing the Chart

   • Click on the Chart button.
   • Select the patient to view their dental chart.
   • Navigate through the chart to see past procedures and notes.

   Adding Chart Notes

   • Click on the Chart button.
   • Select the patient.
   • Click Add Procedure to record a new procedure.
   • Enter the details and click OK to save.
